Though intended for quiches, you can also use these pans for baking tarts. The fluted edges of the pans will give your crusts a lovely shape. Made of tinned steel with removable bottoms, they're ideal for baking during the holidays or any time of year. Set of 4.

I bought these thinking that they were cheap enough that if they didn't work out, I could toss them, no harm done. But upon recieving them, I found that they are a set of well made pans with enough material to be rugged.
Handy to use, easy to clean, perfect for mini quiche. Mini key lime and Boston cream are next. Well worth the money! I am buying another set.

I looked in just about every store for these tartlet pans. Nobody seems to carry them. Then, I tried the internet. The food network had just what I needed. They are made very well and are heavy duty. I would recommend these pans to anyone who is looking for them.
